KINGLIFE SUBSCRIPTION
SERVICE AGREEMENT


Provider: Petra Worldwide (“Service Provider”) Location: 525 Plumosa Ave, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701


1. Scope of Services


Upon timely payment of the subscription fee, Subscriber is entitled to services defined by their membership tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum):



  • Tax & Financial: Comprehensive financial planning, coaching, and income tax preparation.
  • Asset Management: Real estate strategy, private title services, and mortgage lender access.
  • Legal & Legacy: Coordination of wills, trusts, and estate planning with licensed attorneys.
  • Education: Weekly expert-led training, wealth podcasts, and community access.


2. Subscription Term & Renewal


  • Initial Term: All memberships require a mandatory 12-month commitment to ensure long-term strategic results.
  • Automatic Renewal: Following the initial term, the subscription shall automatically renew for successive 12-month terms.
  • Cancellation Policy: To prevent renewal for a subsequent 12-month term, written notice of cancellation must be received at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current 12-month period.
  • Early Termination: Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. No refunds shall be issued for partial-month usage.


3. Tax Protection Limitations


  • Eligibility: IRS audit defense and identity theft restoration services are only available for income tax returns that are both prepared and e-filed by Petra Worldwide.
  • Exclusions: These protections do not apply to any tax returns filed previously, or those filed by third parties or the Subscriber independently.

These Terms and Conditions provide the legal framework for the KingLife subscription. By enrolling, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to these terms.


1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution●


  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Binding Arbitration: Any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Waiver of Jury Trial: Both Subscriber and Service Provider waive all rights to a trial by jury or to pursue legal action in any court of law.


2. Professional Services Disclaimer


  • Legal Services: Petra Worldwide and KingLife do not provide legal services. All legal advice and documentation are delivered by independent, licensed attorneys.
  • No Guarantees: While the Service Provider provides coaching and professional tools, no guarantees are made regarding specific financial outcomes or investment performance.


3. Subscriber Responsibilities


  • Accuracy: Subscriber must provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for services.
  • Engagement: Subscribers are responsible for actively engaging with the professionals and services offered.
  • Payment: Subscriber must maintain updated payment information and agrees to flat-rate monthly billing.


4. Limitation of Liability


  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits relating to the services provided.
